Refund policy
RETURNS IN THE EU
Our returns policy is valid for 30 days. Unfortunately, if your purchase was made more than 30 days ago, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging.
Please do not return purchased items to the manufacturer.
To return a product, you must contact us at christian@baltictimber.ee stating the reasons for return. If your return is accepted in writing, we will advise you how and where to return your package. Items that you return other than as agreed here and without our prior consent will not be accepted and will not be refunded. We will require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.
Refunds (if return has been accepted in writing)
Once we have received and checked your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the item you have returned. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once your refund has been approved, it will be processed. After a few days, your credit card or original payment method will then be automatically credited.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be credited.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted to your account.

Offer items (if applicable)
Refunds can only be made on regular priced items, promotional priced or discounted offer items and gifts are excluded from refunds.
Exchange
Exchanges will only be granted for defective or damaged items. If you wish to exchange an item for the same item, email us at christian@baltictimber.ee and send the item in the EU to: Baltic Timber Oü, Piiri 10-10, EST-63304 Põlva, Estonia.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a voucher for the value of the purchase when you return the item. As soon as we receive the returned item, you will receive a voucher by email.
If the item was not marked as a gift or sent to the gift-giving person at the time of purchase, the refund will be made to the gift-giving person and the gift-giving person will be notified of the return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should send your product in the EU to: Baltic Timber Oü, Piiri 10-10, EST-63304 Põlva, Estonia.
You must pay the shipping costs for returning your item yourself. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping costs for the return will be deducted from your refund.
The time it takes for the exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on the country in which you reside.
If you are sending an item worth over 75 Swiss francs, you should consider using a shipping service with tracking or taking out shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you have returned.
